Laura went above and beyond as an agent. She did her homework on what area houses were being listed or sold at and help guide me to a realistic selling price. Doing things the customer's way sets the stage for an enjoyable experience from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the selling experience and explained in layman's terms exactly what was happening. She gave us her opinion of what she would do as each challenge came up. However, she let us make the final decision after we had a chance to discuss it between ourselves. She also went out of her way to pick up a light fixture that had fallen to the floor in pieces. She had new locks installed when someone had taken the house key. She called a plumbing contractor and set up an appointment to make a neccessary repair.
